Why consider TVET
The TVET sector is one that offers endless opportunities for the student, the chosen industry and the community at large. The main responsibility of the TVET sector is to equip skilled individuals to meet the requirements for sustainable economic growth and development. Competent students receive the National Certificate (Vocational) NC(V) qualification after the all three levels, namely, Level 2, 3, and 4 on the National Qualification Framework (NQF).
Does TVET offer Financial Bursaries
In order to give the youth access to our TVET College, the government has made funds available in the form of bursaries to qualifying students that are in need of financial assistance and are able to demonstrate potential for academic success. The Department of Education TVET College bursary scheme assists students or intending to enrol at TVET Colleges for National Certificate Vocational (NCV) programmes, but who are unable to fund their studies. Students may apply based on the Means test administered by the college. The college manages the bursary award process.
