In a remarkable feat of endurance, camaraderie, and community spirit, five friends banded together to run 21 half marathons in 21 consecutive days. Dean Gow, Wade Muller, Jordan Le Clus (all teachers at Clarendon Primary School), Caley Taylor (a teacher at Collegiate Junior for Girls), and Dean Cothill (a marketing account manager) took on this incredible challenge to raise funds for the Maranatha Siyakatala Child and Youth Care Centre here in Gqeberha, Nelson Mandela Bay.
A Mission with a Purpose
The 21 for 21 challenge was born out of a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children. Their involvement showcased the best of what the Gqeberha community has to offer: a spirit of togetherness and unwavering commitment to making a difference.
