When you get in touch
We ask for your name, email address, business or project name, and a message so we can respond to your enquiry. These details are used to discuss your request and any work we agree together. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting and forms
Netlify hosts this website and processes submissions sent through its enquiry form. You can also contact Dean directly by email. Please share only information needed for the conversation.
The monthly newsletter
The newsletter has its own optional signup form. We collect your email address, your explicit signup choice, the form’s source page and consent wording version. Netlify records the submission date. These details are used to manage and send “A good weekend in the Bay”, planned as a monthly email. They are separate from business enquiries and are not sold to other businesses.
You can unsubscribe by replying to an issue or emailing Dean with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. We will remove you from the active list; a minimal record may be kept to respect that request. Do not submit another person’s address. The form is processed by Netlify; an email delivery service may process the subscribed address when sending the newsletter.
Browsing and external links
This version of the website does not use advertising trackers or embed social media feeds. Links to Instagram, Facebook, maps, venues and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Questions, corrections or deletion
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting work. Email dean@cityofgqeberha.co.za to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, subject to any necessary record keeping.
